Hello, My name is Anders, and I am an artist and furniture designer. I live in a 100 m² apartment in an older property near Valand in central Gothenburg. I am renting out a furnished room of 15 m². You will have access to the kitchen, toilet/shower, living room and dining room. There is a well-functioning laundry room in the basement, and the 500 Mbit/s internet is included in the rent. It is almost always very quiet in the house, which can be good if you are a student. At the moment, I have two students who each rent their own room; Maria, who comes from Greece and studies Human Resources, and Niina, who comes from Japan and studies Educational Research at the University of Gothenburg.
