Welcome to my cozy, social 1.5-bedroom apartment located in the lovely area of 'Siberia' in Vasastan! I will be moving to Amsterdam for work and therefore am renting out my apartment again. The apartment is available from 01-12-2026 - indefinitely, with the aim to rent out for a minimum of 1 year (and with good chances for extension). The apartment is close to popular restaurants like Balzac, Menomale, Las Brasas, Rivetta, and Bar Nombre in Vasastan and is 10 minutes away from the subway stations of Tekniska Högskolan as well as Odenplan. Other transport options, such as buses, are within 5 minutes walking distance. It also takes about 15 minutes to walk to Stureplan. The apartment consists of a large social kitchen with a bar and dining area. Next to the kitchen is the balcony which is southwest facing with lovely afternoon sun. Adjacent to this is the living room with a sofa and TV, besides there's a wall with a sliding door leading to the bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
