The world's coziest mini-two in the world's coziest area. I'm renting out my mini-two for at least six months starting in January 2027. The apartment is social, with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and couch areas, and with a separate bedroom to which you can close the door. It feels larger than it is and is fully equipped and has amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Aspudden is that picturesque place people talk about. Here you have both a bar and live horses around the corner, and with the red line, you're at T-centralen in under 15 minutes. The apartment is rented out furnished, and the rent includes everything except the rental insurance that you as a tenant must have. My tenant should be smoke- and pet-free.
