Room in a cozy shared apartment for rent from January 1st to July 31st Room sublet available for rent from January 1st to July 31st with the possibility of further rental I am renting out my room from January 1st to July 31st because I will be on exchange. There is also the possibility to continue renting after this period on a separate contract, as I do not plan to move back. This must be agreed upon with the landlord. The apartment is located just behind Bryggen in Bergen, with easy access to downtown and good opportunities for public transportation. The location is ideal for students who want to live centrally. The apartment is shared with two others, and initially, there will be three of you in the shared apartment. You share the bathroom, living room, and kitchen with the others. The laundry room is shared with the neighboring apartment and is used by a total of six people. There is a washing machine and dryer, and there is also space for a drying rack if you wish to air dry clothes. The people living in the apartment are a 24-year-old guy and girl studying at UiB and HVL, respectively. He also works at SFO alongside his studies. The girl studying at HVL will sublet her room, so another person may join the apartment during the period. We like to keep things tidy and clean at home and have our own cleaning weeks to keep common areas in order. Therefore, we want someone who also appreciates a clean and pleasant home. The room is rented out partly furnished, as I will be taking some of my own things with me. However, it is possible to buy the furniture already in the room if you wish. I am selling the bed without a mattress, a mirror, a dressing table or desk, and a wardrobe as a set for 2500 NOK. The rent is 7500 NOK per month. Electricity is extra and usually amounts to a maximum of about 500 NOK per month. Feel free to contact me if you are interested.
