I'm looking for a new long-term tenant for my 27.5-square-meter studio in Herttoniemi. The well-maintained second-floor apartment features a room, a windowed kitchenette, an alcove, and ample storage space. The French balcony doors opening to the west offer expansive and lush views. The bathroom, renovated during the plumbing overhaul, has a washing machine connection. The housing company also offers a laundry room, sauna, and broadband connections. Built in the 1950s, Herttoniemi is now one of Helsinki's most popular suburbs, with great outdoor areas and excellent services. A grocery store is right next door. Transport connections are excellent. The metro is about 700 meters away. From the apartment, you can reach the University of Helsinki's Viikki and central campuses, the University of the Arts, and Metropolia's Myllypuro campus in about twenty minutes. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets must be agreed upon separately. Credit information must be in order. The tenant must arrange their own electricity contract and comprehensive home insurance. The lease is made for an indefinite period, with the first possible termination date being the end of May 2027 (meaning the contract ends at the earliest on 30.6.2027). The deposit is 1000 euros.
