Moving into a new home for Christmas? A comprehensively renovated and partially furnished two-chimney rintamamiestalo in the center of Ruukki will be available for rent from 20th December. The earliest move-in date, preferably by 31st December, but of course negotiable. Upon entering the house, there's a semi-warm porch with space for prams, for example. The house has two fireplaces; a wood stove with a baking oven in the kitchen and a cozy fireplace with a glass door upstairs. Additionally, there's an air source heat pump, underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom, and modern radiators in other rooms. The house was comprehensively renovated about 10 years ago. Surfaces have been renewed recently with breathable Auro natural paint. Some photos were taken before these latest paint jobs. The house has a total of about 160 square meters of living space (not precisely measured). Outside, there's a sheltered, beautiful garden, a yard storage, a log playhouse, and a large partially covered terrace. The plot is fenced. The spacious yard is sunny almost all day. An advantage of Ruukki is definitely the good services for a small locality, as well as the transportation connections; by train, you can quickly reach Oulu (about 20 minutes). Also, starting from 1st January 2027 in Siikajoki, there is a home care allowance municipal supplement of 300€/month which eases the everyday life of families with children. Rental deposit is 1.5 months' rent. In addition to the rent, the tenant pays for water according to consumption. The tenant makes their own electricity and waste management contracts. The tenant is responsible for typical detached house maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing and snow removal.
