On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, a smaller room suitable as an office, bathroom/WC and hall. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom and a smaller hall. The house has wooden floors and is heated with an air heat pump, electric radiators, and a fireplace. The kitchen has a dishwasher. In a separate building, about 15 meters from the house, there is a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The house also includes a storage room and a wood shed. Garden and surroundings Outside the house, there is a lawn, a patio with barbecue facilities, and plenty of parking space. For those interested in gardening, there is the possibility to create a garden plot. From the house, you have views over pastures, fields, and woods.
