Järpstigen, Karlsborg

Rent out a cozy room (about 9 sqm) in a newly renovated and thoroughly fresh villa in a quiet and nature-close location in the northern forest in Karlsborg. About the accommodation: I, who own the house, live here myself but commute in my job to Stockholm, which means I am away during parts of the month. This means you often have plenty of space for yourself in the house! The house and floor plan: The residence is divided into an entrance floor and a spacious basement floor with large areas. Your private space: The room is furnished with a bed, simple wardrobe, dresser, and space for a desk and chair. In the basement, you also have your own shower and toilet. Kitchen and social areas: Large, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, and extra freezer in the basement. The house has two separate TV areas (one on each floor), where the basement's family room includes a pool table. Bonus: If you like board games, there is access to a large selection of games! Training and relaxation: Free access to the basement's home gym, sauna, and laundry room. Location and transport: Only about 100 meters to the lake with the possibility to borrow a canoe or SUP. Close to the bus station with smooth transport onwards to Skövde. Large terrace with associated garden and own parking space directly on the driveway. Access to garage and bike storage for simple work or storage. Broadband, heating, water, and electricity are included in the monthly rent – no additional costs.
