Östra Midvintersgatan, Göteborg

Furnished room of 15sqm for immediate rent in Kortedala, Gothenburg. Rent about 4500kr/month. Parking. Wifi. Shared kitchen and shared bathroom with shower. Laundry room available one floor down, and it's very easy to get times. Access to a private gym. The apartment is close to both nature and the city. There are 3 trams, and you can reach the central station in 15 min. There are two grocery stores nearby open 6-23 and 6:30-23:30 respectively, as well as kiosks open until 23 and 00, and two small squares with restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, shops, etc. It's fantastic to have walking distance to a lake surrounded by mountains and forest. The accommodation is shared with a responsible male worker who is about 40 years old. Looking for a relaxed person who can keep things tidy and has the ability to pay on time. I want both to be able to feel at home and it would be fun with someone who respects privacy and also that you can sometimes be a social roommate. We will write a contract and a deposit will be made. Due to the application needing to be sent to the landlord for approval, quick responses and applicants who have the possibility to sign a contract as soon as possible are prioritized!
