Two-storey house centrally located in Äspered (between Borås and Ulricehamn, about 20 minutes in either direction). Walking distance to school, sports hall and bus. Peaceful and tranquil environment but still in the community of Äspered. Plenty of berry bushes, and 2 large apple trees. The lawn is maintained by a robot lawn mower. House area approximately 120 square meters. Access to a cold garage and a small storage house. The house has a pellet stove with automatic feeding and electric elements as a supplement. Electricity costs in summer are about 1000 SEK/month and in winter perhaps 3000-4000 SEK per month depending on how warm one chooses to have it indoors and how much the pellet burner is used.
