The terrace gets morning sun, view to the forest/field. The rent includes water charge for one person, reconciliation twice a year. The apartment is in good basic condition and has a dishwasher and a drying washing machine. Smoking allowed only in the yard, well-behaved pets are welcome. Electric heating, heating costs are reasonable (approx. 110 euros/month) thanks to the air heat pump. All new energy-efficient electric radiators will be replaced in the apartment in November 2026. A long-term tenant accustomed to terraced living is desired. One month's deposit, credit information will be checked, extensive home insurance is required.
