The apartment is located on the top floor, with a private balcony. It's just a 7-minute walk to the metro station, with convenient connections to central Stockholm and surrounding areas. Right next to the building, you'll find green spaces, walking paths and a playground. There is also a shared outdoor area behind the building with barbecue facilities and benches available for residents to use. I'm renting out the apartment because I've moved closer to my family. I'm looking for a responsible, long-term tenant who will take good care of the apartment and hopefully make it their home for years to come. What's included in the rent: - Heating - Water - High-speed fiber internet Additional costs: Electricity and gas (used for the stove only) are not included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity and gas contracts and paying these costs separately. Furnishing: The apartment is furnished, but kitchenware such as plates, cutlery, bowls, pots and pans is not included. The tenant will need to provide these items themselves.
