Spacious, furnished apartment in Kampen - available from February 21 for 2-4 months 117 m² | 2 bedrooms | Private terrace | Winter garden | 29,000 NOK/month We're renting out our home in Kampen while we're on an extended stay abroad in the spring of 2027. We prefer one tenant for a continuous period of 2-4 months, starting around February 21, 2027. We're flexible on the end date, but would like the apartment back by the end of June at the latest. Shorter rental periods could also be considered. ABOUT THE APARTMENT The apartment is 117 m² and is situated in a modern building (2012), tucked away in a quiet backyard surrounded by charming wooden houses from the 1890s. There's plenty of space for both everyday life and pleasant dinners, with several social zones and the possibility to retreat a bit. THE APARTMENT INCLUDES - Private terrace with good sun conditions, garden furniture, and grill - Bright winter garden with glass roof, sofa, and green plants - New, well-equipped kitchen (2026) with ample space for cooking and a cozy dining nook - Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a single bed (80 cm), with the possibility of an extra mattress. - TV room - Dining room with piano - Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a separate guest toilet. - Fully furnished, with broadband included We also have a small baby, so a crib, bedside crib, and other baby equipment are available if needed. This is our own home, so the apartment is personally decorated and well-equipped, not an ordinary rental apartment. One room (office, not pictured) will be locked and used for private storage. If there's a need for a personal office space, we can discuss an alternative room arrangement. A small dachshund usually lives here. The dog will not be in the apartment during the rental period, but the home is not suitable for people with dog allergies. LOCATION Kampen is one of Oslo's charming neighborhoods, with small wooden houses, parks, cafes, and a quiet atmosphere – while the city center remains easily accessible. There is a short distance to the metro at Ensjø and Tøyen, and a bus stops nearby. A grocery store with opening hours until 11 PM is nearby.
