Welcome to Sydneshaugen 17! I’ll be going on exchange in spring 2027 and am looking for someone to move in during that period <3 Feel free to send a message if you’re interested, telling me a bit about yourself, for example, your age, studies/job, hobbies, and how long you’d like to rent. About the apartment: The apartment is located in the lovely Sydneshaugen area, super central and within walking distance of just about everything. The nearest grocery stores are Extra Håkonsgaten and Kiwi Nøstet, only 5 minutes away. It’s a short distance to both UiB and BI, and the Bergen Light Rail (Bybanen) and bus are also close by, making it easy to get to, for example, NHH and HVL. On top of that, the student centre is only a 7-minute walk away, where you can both work out and study. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and a washing machine and tumble dryer of your own in the shared laundry room in the basement. The room for rent is fully furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a desk, a mirror and a large wardrobe. About the rental period: The room is available from 01.01.2027, with move-in by arrangement. It’s possible, for example, to move in in the middle of January and pay only half the rent that month <3
