I am renting out a cozy bedroom in my apartment for a shorter period until spring. This is perfect for you if you are an exchange student, have a temporary work assignment in the Oslo/Lørenskog area, or just need a stable place to live during a transition phase towards summer. You will live with me, the owner of the apartment. I am looking for a tidy, calm, and responsible person. Important about the rental period: The rental agreement is fixed-term and ends irrevocably on May 30, 2027. The reason for the short rental period is that the apartment and room will be used by my family (mother and girlfriend) who are coming to visit from June. The agreement therefore ends automatically without termination at the end of the rental period. All inclusive in the rent – predictable finances: You don’t have to worry about extra bills in the winter months. The following is included in the fixed monthly rent: - Electricity and network lease - Central heating and hot water - Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and TV package About the apartment and shared areas: The apartment is originally from 1972 and has a good, spacious layout totaling 76 m² (including the balcony). - Your room: Cozy and private bedroom. Shared areas: We share a bright living room, a functional kitchen, and bathroom. - Enclosed balcony: The apartment has a fantastic, large enclosed balcony of 13-14 m², which serves as an extension of the living room and is a lovely place to relax. - The building: There is an elevator in the building and tidy common areas. Location: Skåreråsen 16 has a very central and attractive location in Lørenskog. - Short distance to Metro and Triaden shopping center with all kinds of shops, cafes, and services. - Excellent public transport connections with frequent bus departures to Oslo city center (takes about 20 minutes) and Lillestrøm/Kjeller. - Great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity
