We rent out our nice Attefall house in Saltjö Boo since our tenant has moved to another place due to studies. The house is two floors, so the living area is 39 sqm. Bedroom, bathroom, and patio on the lower floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room, and hall on the upper floor. One has a patio with furniture and the possibility to garden if desired. The house is furnished today, but they can be moved/changed if desired. One has access to a parking space and a share in the storage. In the vicinity, there are lighted tracks, a recreation area, and a lake with a bathing area. Electricity and wifi are included in the rent.
