I am renting out my furnished studio apartment in Lauttasaari starting from 11/17/2026 for a flexible fixed term, e.g., until the end of this year. The absolute deadline is 5/31/2027, and the minimum rental period is primarily 1 month, but I can also consider a 14-day contract. The duration of the rental and more detailed terms can be agreed separately within this period. 🚇 It is only about 50 meters to the metro and buses. With the metro, you can reach Helsinki city center or Espoo's Keilaniemi in a few minutes. 200-300 m to Lauttis shopping center. 🌿 The magnificent outdoor areas and maritime landscapes of Lauttasaari offer a pleasant contrast to everyday life! Views to the south towards the courtyard, three windows. Apartment facilities and building services 🛋️ Furniture and basic necessities: The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped. 🛏️ Sheets and towels: Included in the rent, so moving in is easy. 🍽️ Well-equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, dishes, and cooking utensils are ready. 📶 Wi-Fi included in the rent: The building's 10 Mbit/s internet connection has been more than sufficient for remote work and streaming service viewing in my own experience. 📺 Television: Traditional TV without internet features. A laptop can be connected to the television with an HDMI cable. 🧺 Building's laundry room: Available at a cost of 1 €/30 min. 🧖 Sauna shift: A private sauna shift can be reserved for an additional fee. 📝 Rent amount and content The rent is 1,098 €/month, and it includes water, Wi-Fi, furniture, and home supplies. If the rental relationship starts or ends in the middle of a calendar month, the rent for an incomplete month is calculated on a daily basis at 45€/day.
