Fully Furnished Apartment for Rent – January & February I’m renting out my fully furnished apartment while I’m away on an extended vacation. The apartment will be available to move in from December 20, and I’m primarily looking to rent it out during January and February. The apartment is fully equipped with its own kitchen, appliances, laundry facilities, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom also includes a dedicated workstation, making it ideal for anyone working from home. Rent includes: - A private parking space - Heating and water - Electricity up to 400 SEK per month. Any electricity costs exceeding this amount will be the tenant’s responsibility. Location The apartment is situated in a peaceful area, close to nature, supermarkets, and public transportation. The nearest bus stop 'fässbergs äldreboende' is just a 2-minute walk away, and bus 25 takes you to Linnéplatsen in approximately 10 minutes. Tenant requirements I’m looking for a responsible and considerate tenant who will take good care of the apartment, keep it clean and tidy, and respect the peaceful surroundings. As part of the rental process, I will require a **recommendation letter or reference from a previous landlord**, which I need to submit to the housing association (*bostadsrättsföreningen*) for approval.
