The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with its own washing machine. 900 meters to the bus stop that takes you to Linnéplatsen in 10-15 minutes. Excellent cycle path (Säröbanan) into the city. From the apartment, it is 200 m to the sea/Hovås bathing area and about 1 km to Sandsjöbacka nature reserve. Parking space and internet are not included. Electricity, water and waste management are included (waste sorting is required).
