Nypongatan, Malmö

Nice studio with an associated newly renovated kitchenette and bathroom in the basement of a villa located centrally in Malmö. The kitchenette and bathroom are brand new, meaning you'll be the first to use them. The large room is about 30 square meters and can easily be divided, for example, with an office, sleeping area, and dining area in an open-plan layout. From the large room, you enter the kitchenette and bathroom. It is close to buses that go to, among other places, Malmö center and Lund. You enter through the basement stairs. There is also a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer in the basement.
