Hi! We are renting out a cozy room in the basement of our townhouse in Björkhagen. The entrance is at the back of the house (we enter from the front). A door separates our living space. The room is about 15 square meters and is fully furnished with a double bed and a kitchenette with an oven as well as household utensils, towels, sheets, duvets, and pillows. There is a private toilet and shower/bathtub in the basement. Shared washing machines are in the bathroom. The townhouse has a cozy and lush garden with several places to sit. Both Hammarbyhöjden and Björkhagen's centers are 4-5 minutes away, where there is a subway and several cafés. The subway takes 6 minutes to Söder. The Nacka Reserve is 5 minutes away with beautiful forests, outdoor gyms, and bathing spots (15 min walk to Sickla Lake). The house is right by Nytorps gärde with large green spaces.
