Renting out our apartment for 6 months with possibilities for extension. Our tenants have now lived there for a year but have found something closer to their children and work, so we are looking for a new tenant. The apartment is: 61 km and has 2.5 bedrooms. In the apartment there is a table with 4 chairs, a cabinet in the kitchen, a cabinet in the bathroom, the shoe cabinet, and bookshelves. All furniture can also be removed and rented out empty. Pictures of the apartment are furnished but it is rented out only with the furniture described above or none at all if desired. The apartment is near Orminge Centrum where there are three large grocery stores, the state liquor store, various shops, restaurants, and more. The health center and gym are about 3-5 minutes from the apartment. About 280m to the nearest bus stop where there is an express bus that takes you to Slussen in about 21 minutes. 10 minutes by bus will also take you to Nacka Forum. Orminge School can be seen from the apartment's balcony. We are renting out the apartment because we have not managed to sell it and we have moved to another municipality.
