In the basement of our villa, we have a renovated apartment with 4 furnished rooms that we rent out to students. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Bjurslättsliden bus stop. Good connections to the city/university and close to nature as well as running tracks in Hisingsparken. The apartment has a separate entrance, and you who rent share the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. Water, electricity, heating, and internet are included in the rent. We have a room available at 12 sqm with a rent of 5300 SEK/month. We do not rent out the entire apartment, and it is not okay to share a room. Advance payment and 2 months' notice are required. We want the tenant to be non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to park a car on the street or the driveway by the house.
