Now we are renting out our two-story cabin. On the entrance floor, there is an open kitchen connected to the living room, creating a bright and spacious feel. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: a smaller room that is perfect as a children's room or office, and a spacious master bedroom. The rent includes normal electricity and water consumption. Only 150 meters downhill, there are bus stops with connections to, among others, Huddinge Hospital, Tullinge Station, and Flemingsberg Station. Within less than 2 kilometers, there are also ICA Maxi, Willys, and the aforementioned train stations. We regularly take care of the house and ensure that it is kept in good condition. We are licensed building contractors and have built the house ourselves, which means we have a good understanding of the property. If any problem arises, we make sure to fix it quickly and smoothly. The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area with a nice environment. Additionally, the house has a very good sun exposure, which provides good conditions for enjoying the sun during the day. We clear the snow in winter with our tractors and maintain all lawns over the summer. Tenants only need to think about their small path leading up to the front door.
