Hi! We are renting out a room in our calm and friendly home in Farsta Centrum. The apartment is located just three minutes from the metro station, with easy access to swimming spots, green spaces, and beautiful walking trails. The room is approximately 15 square metres and is located next to the kitchen. It is furnished with a single bed, desk, and wardrobe. We share a kitchen with a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is access to a shared laundry room. The rent is SEK 6,500 per month, including electricity and water. Several social cats live in the home and are a natural part of everyday life, moving freely throughout the shared spaces. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys cats and appreciates living together with animals. We value a peaceful and welcoming living environment. It is important to us that everyone feels at home and can use the apartment as a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy their privacy. We also take pride in caring for the apartment and maintaining the shared spaces. The apartment is owner-occupied, and you would be renting with a lodger's agreement. The contract runs at least until July 2027, and we would ideally like to find someone interested in staying longer. We are looking for a calm, considerate, and responsible person who is open-minded and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
