Furnished room in central and pleasant apartment with balcony I am renting out a furnished room in a pleasant apartment of about 65 m². You live centrally here, while the apartment feels calm and has little noise. Shops, gyms, schools, and nightlife are within about a five-minute walk, and the nearest public transport stop is only two minutes away. The apartment has: * Modern and fully equipped kitchen * Nice and well-functioning bathroom * Furnished living room with sofa and dining group * Good storage space for shoes and outerwear in the hallway * Basement storage of about 5 m² that can be used * Balcony with evening sun and possibility for barbecuing The room is about 6 m² and is rented out furnished. The ceiling height is about 2.60 meters. You are welcome to personalize the room with your own furnishings and decor, but painting and permanent solutions are not allowed. Electricity is in addition to rent. A little about me and who I am looking for I am 23 years old, work as a carpenter and project manager, and study civil engineering on the side. In my free time, I enjoy good food, wine, mountain hikes, and social evenings. I am calm and flexible and appreciate a tidy home where we can both chat and respect each other's privacy. I am preferably looking for someone under 30 years old who is tidy, responsible, and wants a pleasant and respectful living arrangement. Experience from shared accommodation is a plus.
