Rent is €590 + a water charge advance of €26.20 per person per month (+ additional billing if usage exceeds the advance, water meter in use). The walls of the living room will be painted white, which is why some renovation materials are visible in the pictures. If you need a sauna session or parking space, you need to arrange these directly through the property manager. The apartment does not include a parking space, and currently, it is not possible to get one through the property manager, at least on short notice. There is a possibility to park on the road on the Valtakatu side. Security deposit is 1 month’s rent. The tenant must take out an electricity contract and have home insurance.
