The living room has a fireplace that warms well. The house will be somewhat modernized before moving in, such as painting. The apartment is ideal for a family or a company. Walking distance to both Skallevold beach and Ringshaug beach. Good bus connections. We want tidy people as tenants. TV/internet is included in the rent. Separate electricity subscription.
