RENT Included in the rent is an addition for broadband 100/100 as well as TV Lagom, the price is 300 SEK/month. Electricity and water are individually metered. This means that you do not need to sign contracts for electricity or hot water yourself. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost along with your rent notice. The rent refers to the rental level for the year 2026. LOCAL AREA- TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS Vega is the district that is emerging as a vibrant place with mixed buildings in scenic surroundings. The transport connections are very good as you will live only a short walk from the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm in about 25 minutes.
