Invite the extended family to spend Christmas and New Year in our peaceful home. Here you can cook for many, cut your own Christmas tree, and cozy up in front of the fireplace. Within walking distance to cross-country trails and a grocery store, 30 minutes by car to ski slopes like Åre or Trillevallen. Central yet secluded location, with forest and sledding hills right outside the door. Here you can advantageously take a mountain ski tour from the doorstep, and return to enjoy the wood-fired sauna. It is our personal home that we rent out for this unique occasion as we usually love to celebrate Christmas at home, and we value responsible guests. No four-legged guests. On the lower floor there are two entrances, one of which is a utility entrance leading directly to the kitchen, offering plenty of space for winter clothing. In the social kitchen, there is a large work table and a cozy sitting sofa by the windows. In the TV room, there is a large sofa and fireplace, and there is yet another stove in the open large dining and social room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms as well as a study, laundry room, and toilet. Bedroom 1: a huge bed 270cm wide Bedroom 2: a 90-bed and a 120-mattress on the floor if desired Bedroom 3: a 140-bed (There are also opportunities to sleep on the three sofas on the lower floor)
