Charming townhouse on a quiet street in Bagarmossen, close to natural areas (Nackareservatet) and about 800 meters to the subway/center with several shops. We are renting out the upstairs of our functionalist townhouse during our stay abroad. We will use the basement as a sleeping apartment when we are in Sweden - therefore, there is a shared entrance and hallway. There is a lockable door between the hallway and the upstairs. From the hallway, there is a staircase up to the upstairs where there are first two bedrooms, one on each side of the stairs. In one bedroom there is a double bed (160 cm) and plenty of storage for clothes. There are also two additional built-in wardrobes. The other bedroom is used as a guest room and has a sofa bed for two, as well as bookshelves. The bathroom has a shower cabin. A washing machine will be installed before rental. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom, as well as a towel dryer. Straight ahead is a large bright living room with a sofa, TV, and a functioning open fireplace. There is also a dining table for 4-6 people, and a door to a spacious terrace. On the terrace, there is outdoor furniture for 4-6 people, as well as planting areas with rhubarb and American blueberries. The terrace is surrounded by red roses and white hydrangeas in the summer. There is a possibility for additional cultivation if desired, for example, tomatoes, sweet peas, and salad have worked well in previous summers. Along the terrace there is a walkway and gardens - it is therefore very lush and offers little insight. The terrace will only be used by the tenant. The kitchen is newly renovated in functionalist style and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and stove with induction hob. It is partially open between the kitchen and dining area. The garden at the front is communal. There is a small bicycle shed, paved patio, and lush vegetation. Rented fully furnished with some flexibility. All running costs are included in the rent, such as heating, electricity, water, and fast internet connection. Rented fully furnished with some flexibility.
