Two rooms for rent in a cozy collective 🏡🐱 We have two rooms available in a cozy apartment with a large common area and a friendly living environment. Room 1 – Short-term rental * Rent: 10,500 NOK per month. * Short-term rental. * The room belongs to a girl who finishes her internship on January 1st and will move back then. Room 2 – Long-term rental * Rent: 8,000 NOK per month. * Available from December 1st. * Long-term rental. This is included in the rent: * Electricity and heating ⚡ * Plenty of space in the fridge and freezer * Large and cozy common area A little about the collective ❤️ We are three girls aged 22, 24, and 25, and one boy aged 26. We also have a super cozy and very cuddly cat living with us 🥰 We like to watch movies, do things together, and have a nice social environment at home. Occasionally, we organize parties together, but usually, it is mostly calm and relaxed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a nice person who: * Is preferably around the same age as us. * Ideally is a girl, but we are open to the right person. * Preferably does not smoke. * Is not very party-loving. * Is tidy, clean, and good at keeping order in the common areas. * Respects the others living there. * Is social and wants to contribute to a good living environment. Since one room belongs to a girl who will move back, she would prefer a girl to rent this room. Interested? Please send us a message telling a bit about yourself, your age, interests, and what you do usually. Then we can arrange a viewing! 😊
