Södra Esplanaden, Lund

It's a one-room apartment with a real kitchen and room for a small dining table. The kitchen is not in top condition but quite ok. There is a sleeping alcove in the room and a balcony around the whole corner. The bathroom is fresh. It can be rented out partially furnished (sofa, table, bookshelves, possibly TV stand). What is missing is a dining table, bed, and TV. Included in the rent are heating and cable TV. We would like the tenant to possibly be prepared for possible viewings as it is up for sale. We must also mention that there is a 2-month notice period from both sides as it is up for sale. Therefore, viewings will take place occasionally.
