Hello, I am planning to rent out my apartment at Lindholmsvarvet, right across from Karlatornet. It is a well-planned 1.5-room apartment with a loft and large private patio, rented out unfurnished. Rental period: From 2026.12.01 until further notice. Monthly rent: 11,000 SEK (internet, electricity, water, and waste disposal included according to reasonable recommended usage per person). Equipment: Own microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Deposit: One month's rent (11,000 SEK) to be paid at the time of contract signing. I am looking for someone who wants to live there long-term and is sure of their future life situation and finances. We assume you are orderly and able to pay the rent on time. Advance payment and deposit are made after viewing and upon signing the lease agreement.
