The residence is located in a residential area in Farsta, Stockholm. The rental includes a large bedroom and access to the apartment's other parts, such as the toilet/shower and washing machine. There is also an external laundry room that you can book, located outside the entrance. You have free access to the kitchen and the large living room, which is equipped with a modern TV, sofas, and many other things that make it homey. The apartment also has a large balcony. Currently, only a middle-aged woman lives in the residence, and therefore we preferably see that you are also a woman. The area is calm, but you are still close to both nature areas and the largest mall in the southern suburbs, Farsta Centrum, which is a short walk away. Communications are good. With the subway, you can reach central Stockholm in about 15 minutes, and nearby there are also buses and commuter trains.
