Smyckegatan, Västra Frölunda

I am renting out a furnished 9 sqm room in my 106 sqm apartment (5 rooms), available from December 29. The room includes a bed, desk, and storage space and is intended for one person only. You will be sharing the apartment with me and my teenage children. There are two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Fast Wi-Fi is included, and bedding can be provided if needed. The apartment was renovated in 2017. I work in IT at the University of Gothenburg and work from home 2–3 days a week. I also spend several evenings a week training, so we have a fairly active but relaxed family lifestyle. The apartment is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Frölunda Torg and close to the Smyckegatan bus stop, with connections to the city centre. Smyckeparken is nearby, with an outdoor gym, and there are barbecue areas in the courtyards. I'm looking for a calm, tidy, responsible and non-smoking tenant who is comfortable sharing a home with a family and respects shared spaces. You should have a stable income through work or studies.
