I will be moving up/home to Norrland for a while, where I originally come from. I am renting out from December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, but there is a possibility for extension (dates are somewhat flexible). The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen, and is located in a very quiet and safe residential area, in a listed building from 1929. It is simply furnished and the rent includes electricity, gas (for the stove), and internet. The advantages of the accommodation are the location, the view, the proximity to water, and the cozy atmosphere of the apartment - it does not have perfect surfaces or is top renovated. The residential area is located next to Kungsholmen's promenade and its tranquility, with opportunities for walks, exercise, and recreation. At the same time, the pulse of Fridhemsplan is available, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and excellent transport links to all corners of Stockholm.
