In the bright apartment, the sun shines all day through the glazed balcony, which has lounge furniture for spring days. The apartment includes a double bed, a chaise sofa for relaxing, and a dining table that I also use for studying/working. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and all conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, and oven. The bathroom is spacious and airy, and it includes a washing machine. \n\nThe apartment is in the center of Pirkkala, with good exercise and outdoor routes nearby (including an outdoor gym) and a well-equipped grocery store (K-supermarket Pirkanpoika). Pirkkala airport is about a 10-minute drive away, and the apartment has good public transport connections as well. Nysse runs on two lines right next to the house to the center of Tampere. The motorway junction is also just one kilometer away. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the area, which I also use.\n\nI sublet the apartment from 1.3. to 11.4.2027, and further arrangements can be negotiated. The rent includes water and electricity charges as well as the apartment's internet connection (100 M). Bed linen and towels are available on request.
