Hello, I am a medical candidate who spends most of the time in hospitals. I am renting out a room in my nicely furnished apartment (79 sqm, 3 rooms) in Granloholm. The apartment is furnished and consists of everything one needs. The room is 12 sqm plus a walk-in closet. It is fully furnished. In the kitchen, there is everything one needs (dishwasher, microwave with all other accessories). There is also a communal laundry room and a large and nice balcony. It must be pet & smoke-free and not have any payment remarks (a credit check will be conducted (No requirement to log in to bank-ID for credit check). Heating is included in the rent but not electricity and Wi-Fi. There is a storage room we can share. There is an option to arrange a parking space, but it is not included in the rent. Very good bus connections (3 bus stops, a 5-minute walk from the apartment). ICA is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. 15 minutes walk to the hospital. There is very nice nature and a lake very close by, suitable for daily walks.
