The distance to Viikkala School is about 600 meters and 1 km to Kirkonseudun School. Heating of the apartment is provided by a wood-burning stove and (timed) radiators. Pets are welcome, as long as they are agreed upon separately. Upstairs in the apartment are 2 rooms. The kitchen, 2 rooms, hallway, and WC/shower are located on the middle floor. In the basement, there is a wood-heated sauna, bathroom, and storage space. Outside there is a large barn/storage for cold storage.
