We are renting out our lovely apartment in Vega/Haninge as we will be abroad for 3 months (January 1-March 31, 2027), maybe April too. 2 rooms at 48sqm. 1 stair up. Water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. We are happy to rent it out furnished or partially furnished. No pets or smokers allowed. For rent to 1-2 people. Info about the apartment: A hall with a large mirror, clothes rack, good closet storage. Bedroom with wardrobes. Large windows with a courtyard view. A large bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cupboard, mirror cabinet, washing bench, and combo machine. Open plan between the living room and kitchen. Everything you need in the kitchen, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, recycling bins, and cleaning cupboard. Large windows with good light. Large balcony (4x2m). The area: Possibility for monthly parking outside for about 500kr per month (no dedicated spot). There are 2 recycling rooms and 2 garbage rooms. 3-5 minutes walk to the commuter train. There is an ICA, pressby's, restaurants, flower shop, library, kiosk right at Vega station. Hemköp and port73 within walking distance about 15 minutes. Core gym, Nordic Wellness are closest, Sats is a bit further away. About 20 min walking distance to Haninge Centrum.
