The room is 13.5 m² with a new wooden floor, and the room is rented furnished with a 120 cm bed, table and chairs, and a large chest of drawers. A wardrobe in the hall. Kitchenette with fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso machine, and two newer model hotplates. TV with TV channels included. Crockery and carpet included if wanted. In the basement, there is a fresh shower shared with another tenant but rarely used. The rent includes electricity, TV, water, and wifi. I am looking for a responsible and calm tenant as the house is sensitive to noise. The room is intended for one person – no overnight guests, except in exceptional cases. Non-smoking and pet-free. The tenant needs their own home insurance. The room is rented out indefinitely. I am renting out the room because my son, who used to live there, is now studying elsewhere.
