Outside, there is a deck that the tenant can use. It is a modern studio in a newly established residential area, within walking distance to shops and hiking areas. It comes with appliances, washing machine, dryer, and a bed. More/less furnishing can be agreed upon. The bedroom is large and has space for a possible wardrobe and/or desk in addition to the bed. It can also be informed that there is no permanent parking for the studio. There is parking for guests/residents in the area, but it's not something that can be reserved/guaranteed. Electricity, internet, heating, and hot water are included in the rental price. Approximately 1.5 km to Ganddal train station, 750 m to the nearest bus stop, and 500 m to the nearest shop.
