I am renting out a 4-room apartment for a period of three months; however, one room will remain reserved for my own personal belongings. I will be staying with friends during this time. There is a possibility that the rental period could be extended for another three months. The area is very quiet and features stunning natural surroundings; it is located about 100 meters from a well-known lake in Stockholm. The rent is 15,500, plus an additional month's rent, which serves as the payment for the final month. I apologize, but I have an allergy to animals; therefore, I am unable to accommodate pets.
