We currently have two identical and pleasant rooms of about 10 square meters available for rent. The rooms are located on the upper floor of the house. Right outside the rooms, on the same floor, is one of the house's newly renovated bathrooms with a shower and toilet. Common areas: As a tenant, you have access to generous and fresh communal areas. In the house there is: Large and fully equipped kitchen and living room. Two newly renovated bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Newly fixed, fresh laundry room in the basement. Lovely patio on the grounds. Plenty of parking spaces adjacent to the house. About the accommodation & the collective: Currently, one person lives in the house (who works as a soldier at P7). We are now renting out the remaining three rooms in the house. When all rooms are rented, you will be a total of four people sharing the accommodation. Location: The house is situated at a perfect distance for those who want to avoid commuting: 5 minutes walk to Revingehed. 10 minutes walk to P7. Rent and conditions: The rent includes all practicalities: Water, fast broadband (fiber), and garbage collection. The only additional cost beyond the rent is a shared cost for electricity.
