I am renting out my one-bedroom apartment in Bromma for a year until the turn of the year, to try living together with my partner. The apartment is 34 sqm and is located on the second floor in a small and quiet stairwell. It includes a small bedroom with sliding doors to the kitchen, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a combined refrigerator and freezer as well as a gas stove, and a hall with closets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also includes a basement storage and a well-equipped laundry room with large washing machines, dryers, and drying cabinets. There is also a bicycle storage. The apartment is located at Norrbyvägen 14 with good communications to Solna station, Brommaplan, and Bromma airport. The bus stops right outside the door and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Johannesfred's light rail station. The bike path outside is well-maintained in all directions throughout the year and it is easy to get to the city center. It's a fifteen-minute walk to outdoor swimming opportunities and five minutes to Lillsjön with a walking path and outdoor gym. Electricity, water, broadband, and heating are included in the rent. The apartment is rented unfurnished.
