Short-term rental. We rent out our apartment while we are traveling, fully furnished and ready for move-in with everything you need from day one. This is a bright and cozy apartment of 61 m² with two nice bedrooms. Perfect for couples, friends, or a small family. Here you can enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fireplace during cold winter nights and enjoy your dinner with evening sun by the dining table in the bay window. The master bedroom has a wide double bed and a French balcony. Bedroom no. 2 has a single bed and a work desk with a cozy view of the backyard. A crib can be included. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. We have a washing machine in the bathroom but also access to a laundry room with a tumble dryer and drying cabinet. In the living room, there is a fireplace that heats efficiently on the coldest days. The apartment is located just below Tøyenbadet with the Botanical Garden just a stone's throw away. Carl Berners plass and Tøyen subway are 10 minutes away in each direction, and it takes 15 minutes to walk down Helgesens gate to the heart of Grünerløkka. It is quiet and child-friendly here, but close to cafes, nightlife, and shops. Good to know: - The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. - Pets must be applied for to the housing cooperative, we will take care of the application if notified in advance. - Smoking is only allowed on the front balcony. - Unfortunately, there is no available parking space, but there is street parking for a fee in the area.
