I have a room that I rent out in my 4-room apartment from mid-January. The room is just over 11 sqm and is furnished. The apartment is located in a school in central Norrköping, where I have also worked as a teacher for more than 30 years. The apartment has a shared entrance, toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer as well as kitchen and living room/common room. You must understand what it means to be a lodger. This means that you keep order and clean, don't have food in the room, and are active such as working or studying during the day. This is a perfect accommodation if you want peace and quiet. The rent is 4,000 SEK/month including electricity and Wi-Fi. The person renting must be prepared to provide a reference from a current/previous landlord.
