The apartment is rented out furnished and ready to move in connection with my exchange in the spring of 2027. The living room and kitchen are in an open solution with plenty of room for both sofa and dining groups, and from the living room, there is direct access to the balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, making it well-suited both for a couple, one person who wants extra office/guest room, or two people who want to live together. Primarily, tenants are desired who wish to use the residence throughout the entire period. There may be some flexibility around the exact move-in and move-out date by agreement. The apartment is rented out to a maximum of two adults, possibly a family by further agreement. Electricity is additional to the rent. Pets are not allowed.
