A furnished bright two-room apartment is available for rent from a quiet housing company in Oulunkylä, Helsinki, for the period 1.12.2026 - 31.3.2027. It is also possible to rent in 1-3 month installments. The apartment has 37.5 square meters, but thanks to a good layout, it feels bigger and there is surprisingly a lot of storage space in the high cabinets of the hallway and bedroom. Third floor, no elevator. The kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, a newly updated stove-dishwasher combo, a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Although the space is small, there is good storage space for dishes and groceries and also room for cooking. In the living room, there is a table for 4 people and a relatively new sofa bed with a chaise. The bedroom has a new 160 cm wide bed (which can be turned into two 80 cm wide beds), a desk, and a large chest of drawers. The bathroom does not have a washing machine, but the building has a good laundry room with a tumble dryer and drying rooms. The housing company also has a well-equipped gym, a club room, a crafting room, and bike storage. The apartment is rented furnished, and it includes dishes and, if necessary, bed linens, pillows & blankets, etc., for three people. In the floor plan, a red line marks the doorway from the hallway to the bedroom, which in the rental apartment has been closed. Excellent public transport connections: A 5-minute walk leads to tram 15 and buses 53, 61, 64, 69, and 553. About 1 km to Käpylä and Oulunkylä train stations.
